A Wife and A Mother

It does not equate that if you're a good mother, you're a good wife, too.  You have your obligations to your husband and kids, totally different obligations.  You cannot just do your role as a mother to be a good wife.  In marriage, wife should always prioritize the role of being a good wife to his husband.

"22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything."  Ephesians 5:22-24

Pressure! Pressure!

So many pressures to deal with....project deadlines, moving in to a new house on Sept 8! (woot! woot! #letscelebrate!), I just wanna eliminate the project deadlines and just prioritize everything about our new house.  How can I do that? It's sad to face that I cannot give up my career to enjoy what we have because we cannot afford to lose a job by this time, so many obligations to pay, different monthly amortization from bank loans and Pag-ibig loans...how i wish I was born with a silver spoon.in my mouth so I could afford to be stay-at-home mom and just take care of our kids.

I thank the Lord for all His blessings, as I've mentioned I just wish we were born rich but we cannot choose it, the only thing i could do is change the life we had to make it better and more convenient for our kids.  I thank my parents for they didn't give up in supporting our studies until we graduated, especially my nanay, kahit nabaon sa maraming utang, sige pa rin, pinagtapos pa rin nya kami ng pag aaral.  (again and again, naluluha na naman ako...)  She's our hero! :)

Also, I think if we didn't experience hardships in life, we will not strive and reach what we have reached today, a more convenient life! Thank You Lord for guiding our family to the right path :)

Thank you tatay and nanay for everything! We love you so much! :)

Just to relate, my son is having their field trip on Sept 14 and I will accompany him.  It came back to me when I was in grade school, we can't afford to pay the field trip so instead of joining, we just asked our teachers to have special projects to cover up our attendance in our field trip...huhuhu I am just so happy now that we can send our son to this field trip and no need to do special projects...hehehe so many dramas in life.  I just wish I will not cry on Sept 14 because finally I will be able to join a field trip! hehe (in high school naman, nakasama naman kami sa mga field trip hehehe nung elementary days lang talaga hindi! I can still remember how my classmates tell stories what they have experienced during field trip and I can't relate so I just listened and told myself "balang araw mararating ko rin ang Goya Factory!")

Hayy life buti na lang may "lovelife" na ako! :) hehehe
